New Year, New Team Member

As we begin the new year, it’s a pleasure to introduce our newest team member, Emma Quansah, as Head of Partnerships.

Emma brings a wide range of skills and experience which brings additional capacity to our busy Strategic Consultancy & People Development team.

Emma has delivered a first-class service in the public and private sector for over a decade, with expertise in strategic and operational delivery; corporate social responsibility, customer experience; people management and recruitment. Bringing together her professional knowledge with her passion for helping people find balance and connection, most recently she has qualified as a coach, achieving a coaching Diploma in Wellness and Resilience with Wellness Professionals At Work.

Dedicated to improving service delivery, Emma is also a trustee of erosh, the national network for older people’s housing and support services, and is passionate about empowering organisations to create health, wealth and resilience.
