Strategic leader and experienced trainer, mentor and facilitator Michael Cleaver has joined 4i Solutions.

Michael offers strategic advice including leasehold and shared ownership consultancy, and further strengthens the 4i Solutions expertise in facilitation, management development and customer care programmes. He will also lead on business development and innovation, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver services clients value.

Michael has over 30 years of experience in management roles in the private and voluntary sector, including in marketing and sales, and a number of senior management positions in home ownership, regeneration, communications and performance management.  Most recently he was Director at The Housing Forum, an industry body for the housing and construction sector. He is a trustee of Peabody Community Trust and a member of Peabody’s Communities Committee.
