Hands On Learning – Leadership in the Collaborative Space
Delegates from across the housing and construction sectors gained hands on knowledge of leadership skills in the first of a series of sessions 4i Solutions is delivering in partnership with The Housing Forum
Guest speaker James Richardson, CEO of Haig Housing gave an inspiring and personal perspective of leadership and collaboration, with particular emphasis on developing resilience and trust, and Galliford Try’s Chief Executive, Partnerships and Regeneration, Stephen Teagle shared his perceptiveness of partnerships and JV’s particularly in the Regeneration/Newbuild arena, to emphasise leadership imperatives around vision, values, investing in the individual and in rewarding success.
4i Solutions’ Ivor Reveley and Nick Joslyn put delegates through their paces, as they shared practical tips and tools to help develop and improve leadership skills, with a clear focus on collaboration, teamwork and innovation.
