4i Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Caroline Lester as Partnerships Director. Experienced in managing cultural and organisational change to achieve maximum results and initiating strong relationships and business alliances, Caroline is passionate about helping businesses evolve from a traditional service model to a predictive, proactive model increasing efficiency and customer service, enabling them to compete and thrive.

Caroline has over 15 years experience in the housing sector, having worked with large and small main contractors working in collaboration to deliver customer centric services to clients and their customers. She is also an active board member for the Chartered Institute of Housing in the South East region, promoting professionalism in the sector.

Caroline will take up her new role at the beginning of December. Our previous Partnership Director Neil Diddams moved on to a newly created role at West Kent Housing Association in October 2020 and we wish him every success in the future.
