4i Solutions – New Director of People Development
We are delighted to announce that Robert Isaac MBA has joined 4i Solutions Ltd, as Director of People Development. Robert will provide strategic leadership to our growing Learning and Development business.
Robert has successfully developed his career in People Development, Employee Engagement, and Customer Experience working with both public and private sector business. He is a trainer, coach and consultant, who has developed and delivered several leading-edge management and leadership development programmes, which have included accredited programmes and blended learning. An experienced facilitator, Robert has delivered workshops and events for managers, staff, customers groups, and contractor suppliers. He founded the RSL Race Equality Benchmarking Forum and with De Montfort University launched the Race Equality Toolkit which was in the forefront of diversity activity in education in the UK.
Most recently Robert was Director of Learning & Development at Peabody and went on to establish his management consultancy business. An advocate for seeing businesses provide exceptional customer experiences. He has designed and delivered impactful and experiential customer service programmes, winning awards for best customer service in L&D training teams. In October 2018, Robert was chair of judges at the UK Customer Experience Awards, Wembley Stadium.
4i Solutions Ltd have a well-established reputation in the housing and construction sectors for delivering high-quality services in cost management, contract partnering advisor and support. I am very excited to be joining the team as Director of People Development. I firmly believe our programmes in relationship management, leadership and management, and teambuilding – to name a few – will give clients the confidence and skills to develop great leaders and productive teams, always with the end customer in mind.

I am delighted that Robert has chosen to join 4i Solutions, as Director of People Development, helping us to further extend our services and resource capacity in Learning & Development, Leadership Programmes, Facilitation, Coaching, Mentoring and Experiential Learning.
Robert brings a wealth of experience from his work with Peabody and Family Mosaic and has most recently been helping 4i Solutions to conclude an ILM Accredited Manager Programme for Golding Homes.
The team at 4i Solutions looks forward to working with Robert in delivering L&D support across our property, construction and maintenance portfolio, as well as in the wider L&D sector.
