Highly experienced professional Leonora Oates has joined 4i Solutions as Head of Commercial Services.

Leonora brings 15 years of significant experience in social housing and construction as a Commercial Manager. Most recently Leonora worked for Kier in a variety of commercial roles, including responsibility for an extensive programme of planned works for a national social housing provider.

Leonora has a forensic attention to detail, coupled with her strong communication and relationship building skills, she is adept at business analysis, offering budget setting and cost management evaluation, which is second to none.

Leonora will be working across the business using her wealth of knowledge and experience to strengthen and invigorate existing partnerships, whilst contributing to the establishment of newly formed relationships, across construction, planned investment, repairs and servicing partnerships.
