4i Solutions are pleased to have supported a FTSE 250 organisation with an innovative management development programme based on our client’s approach to talent management. The bespoke design saw the 4i Solutions team work with twelve middle and senior managers over a six-month period, using one to one coaching, learning sets and workshops. By focussing on change, leadership and people the 4i Solutions approach directly linked to and supported the overall organisational strategy for our client’s business.
Ivor Reveley, 4i Solutions Director of People Development, supported by Greg Falvey, Associate Director, ran the programme and were excited about the opportunity to deliver an innovative programme.
