4i Solutions provide Partnering Advisor and Strategic Cost Management support to the Group for their national planned maintenance programme, having already worked extensively with Affinity Sutton prior to their merger with Circle in late 2016.
Our relationship was initially established in 2009 and we have supported procurement of Contractor Partners, mobilisation, development of a target cost based approach, implementation of a balanced scorecard to support performance management, driven the value for money agenda, extensive facilitation assistance and coaching to Partners and their staff.
In February 2017, our Strategic Cost Management role has been further extended to help support the integration of new Partners into the Clarion model.
