We deliver executive coaching and mentoring programmes specifically for all levels of management and professional staff.
Our coaching programme will help you define and communicate your thoughts, breakdown your perceived barriers, seek solutions and broaden your leadership toolkit.
We regularly help leaders to improve decision making, develop leadership and management skills, define and enhance your personal leadership style, and increase confidence.
Our sessions are designed around your needs. You’ll work hard but we’ll hold you to account while we celebrate your successes and help you reach your goals.

The 4i Coaching Programme
‘Coaching focuses on future possibility, not past mistakes.’ Sir John Whitmore
Our typical coaching programmes are structured around six, two-hour sessions spread over a number of months.
The process starts with by developing a rapport and eliciting key information about the coachee’s self-perception, strengths and areas for improvement. We find the programme can be significantly enhanced by starting the process with a comprehensive personality profile or 3600 appraisal.
Central to the coaching process is the raising of self-awareness by good questioning and listening. Through this the coach will help the coachee frame ambitions and goals, examining their current reality and equipping them with techniques to help achieve their targets. This process draws upon a person’s strengths and enables them to flourish by assisting in the removal of perceived barriers.
“The coaching journey was immensely helpful in helping me identify my strengths, what I needed to improve and what I needed to do more of. It also increased my motivation and confidence. I’d say it improved my effectiveness significantly.”
Mentoring
We also offer mentoring support where our approach is to provide mentors who will use their specific experience in addition to their coaching capabilities to help the mentee map out solutions to the challenges they face.
The 5 Cs model shown below captures our approach. The model is sequential but typically the mentor and mentee will work through the sequence many times across a number of issues in a session.
