4i Solutions were appointed by Golding Homes and their Partner Mitie Property Services, in January 2013 to act as Partnering Advisor to their newly established and innovative wholly owned subsidiary, Golding Services, which provides repairs, voids, gas, planned investment and bulk waste removal.
4i Solutions facilitate the Strategic Core Group, provide Strategic Cost Management support and participate in Operational Core Group’s (Community Investment, Repairs & Gas and ICT). Our role also includes managing regular reviews of the partnership using 360-degree appraisals, carrying out stakeholder surveys and working with the Strategic Core Group to develop, refine, and ensure delivery of a vision for the Partnership. The wholly owned subsidiary model includes open-book audit and a shared savings incentive, meaning financial success depends on trust, collaboration and open communication.

In February 2017, following 4i Solutions merger with Europa Consultancy, we have been appointed to deliver an Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) endorsed management development programme for approximately 15 managers across the organisation. The programme takes a structured approach to learning through using individual’s own experiences, a learning model, individual learning modules, project work, mentoring, use of psychometrics and assessment. The programme runs for a period of approximately 18 months and follows on from the successful completion of an initial programme for Golding Homes managers.
